Once we’ve scheduled an installation appointment for you, you’ll receive a text message like the one shown below:

This is an automated text message in Spanish. It says:

  • #StayAtHome because on 07/05/2024, between 12:00 to 15:00, we’ll come to install your fibre. To change the appointment masstack.link/xjEIUcu

To change your fibre installation appointment to another date, click on the link at the end of the text message that you received. It is a personalised link for your appointment.
