To get the best Wi-Fi coverage throughout your house, the Wi-Fi router should be positioned in the most central location possible. However, depending on the size of your house, the router Wi-Fi signal may be weaker in some areas.

You may need to use Wi-Fi repeaters (also called Wi-Fi extenders) to boost the Wi-Fi signal to ensure good Wi-Fi coverage throughout your house.

You can purchase Wi-Fi repeaters from your favourite store and set them up yourself. You can also ask the technician who comes to do the fibre installation as they can have additional equipment for sale and installation. We do not provide any guarantee for this additional equipment.

If the technician does provide you with additional equipment and install it, you’ll be asked to sign an agreement for the price indicated by the technician. This amount will be charged to the credit or debit card you registered with your Lobster account.
