I have Lobster fibre and I’m moving house. Can I transfer the fibre to my new house?

Yes, you can, as long as we have fibre coverage where your new house is.

We’ll install the fibre service at your new house and maintain the contract you originally signed with us. There’ll be no change to your minimum commitment period and there’ll be no charges for cancelling the fibre service at your old house.

The fibre service will remain active at your old house until we’ve installed fibre at your new house. Once done, we will automatically cancel the fibre service at your old house without you having to do anything.
