I’ve lost my SIM card! What do I do?

If your Lobster SIM card is lost or gets broken, or you have a new phone that uses a different size SIM card, you can replace it with a new SIM. You can order a new SIM by calling us on 1661.

Once ordered, your new SIM should arrive within a few days. Once your SIM has been received you can activate it by calling us.
