What do I do if my phone is lost or stolen?

The first thing you should do is contact us on 1661 and explain what happened so the Lobster team can block your missing SIM card and request a new one, which we’ll try and get to you as soon as possible. Outside of our telephone support opening hours you can submit your request to help@lobster.es.
